Interior designers in the U.S. are in for a tough time in 2017, as they struggle to find new designs for the future.
This is particularly true for those looking to hire new employees, as the hiring process is notoriously difficult.
According to a recent survey conducted by The Wall Street Journal, a majority of interior designers are looking for a new job within six months.
The survey found that only 6% of interior design graduates were looking for an employment within a year.
But it also found that 80% of those who did seek a new role said that their new employer was not the best place to find the job.
That means the vast majority of designers are still searching for a job in 2017.
In fact, they might not even be finding it at all.
Many of these companies have already laid off staff, and it appears that some of them have no intention of hiring any new employees.
Some are already downsizing their workforce, so the industry may have reached an impasse.
Other firms may have cut corners in their hiring processes, leaving designers with a lot of work to do.
Either way, there is no shortage of openings, and we know that some designers are starting to get nervous.
It’s safe to say that many of us would be thrilled to be a part of the future of interior designs, but if we’re going to start looking for new jobs, we should look at our own work first.
